REMOTE Project Recruiter (Seoul, South Korea)

We are seeking a Project Recruiter to join our team! You will perform activities in recruiting for a collection/research project in Seoul, South Korea.

This is a local position to Seoul. You can work from home, just has to be in the local area.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• Assist Recruiting Manager with additional duties as required.
• On-boarding is done by HR team, but you may need to initiate some paperwork processes
• Implement company culture, values and policies
• Provide management with updates on manpower and back-fill

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws 
• Ability to build rapport with all candidates
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with high volume recruiting a must

Pay rate: 17356 KRW per hour

Employment type: Seasonal/Temp

Duration: Approximately 3-4 weeks
