**About the Role:**
As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll be responsible and accountable for the on-site operations and performance of our luxury apartment community. Your leadership will drive property operations and staff management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Direct property operations and manage staff efficiently.
- Develop and oversee the annual budget to maintain occupancy levels.
- Hire, manage, and develop staff, addressing any employee relation issues.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, including rent collection and resident relations.
- Oversee marketing and leasing activities to maintain targeted occupancy.
- Supervise maintenance, landscaping, and community improvements.
- Collaborate with the Regional Supervisor to meet budget objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Language Skills – Ability to read, write, speak and interpret rules, procedures, routine
reports/correspondence and to speak effectively with groups of employees and/or residents.
Reasoning Skills – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems that involve concrete variables in standardized situations.
