We're shaking up the app distribution landscape with our alternative, crafted marketplace that transforms how people interact with software and computers.As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in building a brand trusted by businesses and developers. You'll nurture existing partnerships, build new connections, and position MacPaw as the go-to destination for app distribution.This role is all about strategy and planning. No need to get bogged down in execution - that's for other managers and teams. You'll have the freedom to run with your ideas backed by the needed resources.We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) with a proven track record in B2B, a strategic vision, and the boldness to lead the way in an exciting challenge.In this role, you will:• Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to drive product adoption and achieve business goals• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and differentiation opportunities.• Craft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with businesses and developers• Build comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and feature updates• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans flawlessly• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI)Skills you'll need to bring:• A minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the B2B tech industry and preferably with marketplace or SaaS products• Proven expertise in conducting market research, user behavior analysis, and developing winning positioning and messaging strategies• A track record of successfully launching new B2B products and building comprehensive GTM plans• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teamsThis full-time position requires a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours. Occasional after-hours work may be necessary.
