Client Relationship ManagerBack Cove FinancialFalmouth, Maine Back Cove Financial is seeking a Client Relationship Manager, to be based in their flagship office in Falmouth, Maine. The Client Relationship Manager will focus on creating, maintaining, and deepening relationships with clients through active servicing of both routine and complex matters of the overall client experience. This opportunity is a fit for someone passionate and fulfilled by an administrative/customer service career. Requirements of the Client Relationship Manager:• Must have at least 2 years of customer service/administrative experience in a professional office setting• Strong, proven communication and organizational skills• Excellent client service and friendly phone manner• Must be detail oriented and a “project completer”• Willingness to embrace current technologies and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to commute to Falmouth, Maine Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work from home one day per week• Due to industry regulations, comprehensive pre-hire background, credit, and reference checks as well as fingerprinting are requiredBenefits of the Job:• Annual pay range: $60,000 to $70,000, depending on experience• 100% of employee premiums paid for by firm for group benefits: health, vision, dental, short- and long-term disability, and life insurances• Generous 401k match• 14 paid holidays plus 3 weeks of PTO (prorated during 1st year)• Summer Fridays: Friday afternoons off to enjoy the fleeting Maine summer! (paid for full day)• Quiet office in a convenient location with plenty of parkingResponsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager:• Be a trusted, friendly point of contact: take and screen calls and manage advisors’ schedules• Administrative: prepare forms, create financial plans and tax reports, send/receive client funds• Client appreciation: send messages and gifts at request of advisors and help organize client appreciation and marketing events• Client trading: process client funds and transactions• Client account management: maintain CRM system with current client information, download/mail statements, track receipt of important forms, send tax information to clients’ CPAs, assist clients with online platforms and paperless preferences• Complex client processes: death and estate document processingBack Cove Financial is a premier, independent wealth management firm committed to creating an environment that is respectful, trustworthy, and empowering for its clients and employees.
