The Senior Sales Operations Manager will be a strategic, detailed oriented partneroptimizing the sales processes and helping to drive efficiency. As a part of the cross-functional Revenue Operations team, working closely with sales leadership, finance, IT, and marketing, this position plays a critical role in accelerating our revenue operations to enhance performance, streamline operations, and support our growth objectives.

Requirements for the Senior Sales Operations Manager - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field, preferably in B2B environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvements, especially quote-to-cash
- Expertise in Salesforce or similar CRM platform and sales enablement tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Gong or similar
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proven track record of improving sales processes and driving measurable results.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices in B2B sales environments.
Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Operations Manager - Develop and implement sales operations strategies to improve productivity and effectiveness of the sales team.
- Continuously analyze and evaluate existing performance and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven decision-making and innovative problem-solving
- Serve as the primary point of liaison and escalation for the sales Deal Desk including pricing strategies and compliance oversight throughout the quote and order processes. Facilitate issue resolution, promote cross-functional collaboration, and ensure seamless communication to drive effective problem-solving and maintain operational continuity
- Support strategic projects and initiatives, including forecasting, account planning, reporting, training programs, and other operational functions, to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and ensure successful execution of key objectives
- Build dashboards and reporting and analysis for sales territories, forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
- Manage business processes within sales technology stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom info, etc) to enhance workflow and improve seller productivity.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with our sales leadership and performance development to equip the sales team with the right training and training resources to effectively adopt technology and sales processes
- Manage sales incentives and compensation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and motivating the sales force.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales support professionals to support their growth and achieve goals
