Compensation Analyst (Hybrid)
KnowBe4 is looking for a Compensation Analyst to support the compensation team in crafting and executing pay initiatives that complement the company's strategic objectives.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of compensation fundamentals and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis and participate in salary surveys to ensure compensation strategy competitiveness
- Analyze job descriptions and conduct job evaluations for salary classification
- Assist in designing and administering compensation programs
- Collaborate with HR and management for compensation-related support
- Develop and maintain compensation-related reports and metrics
- Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations
- Recommend process improvements for compensation programs
- Provide support for compensation projects
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
