Strong analytical skills

Knowledge of compensation fundamentals and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Responsibilities
Conduct market analysis and participate in salary surveys to ensure compensation strategy competitiveness
Analyze job descriptions and conduct job evaluations for salary classification
Assist in designing and administering compensation programs
Collaborate with HR and management for compensation-related support
Develop and maintain compensation-related reports and metrics
Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations
Recommend process improvements for compensation programs
Provide support for compensation projects
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
