Director of Channel Sales (Hybrid)

KnowBe4 is looking for a Director of Channel Sales to lead a team of Channel Sales representatives and drive sales efforts to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Skills

  • Channel sales experience
  • People management experience
  • IT Channel Sales experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience collaborating with Partner businesses
  • Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity industry
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office
  • Experience with web browsers

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Channel Sales representatives to execute revenue strategies and exceed targets.
  • Drive day-to-day activities of Channel Sales reps through team standups, sales analysis, and pipeline reviews.
  • Build strategic relationships with partners for growth of key partnerships.
  • Assist in building partner sales engagements and closing deals with partners.
  • Develop and guide partner activities to foster excellent relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Conduct business reviews, validate sales pipeline health, and collaborate with senior leadership to align business strategies.
  • Manage Area sales budget requests and HR-related issues within the team.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education experience
