KnowBe4 provides the world’s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform. They seek a Sales Development Representative to reach out to prospects, qualify them, and pass interested prospects to Territory/Account Executives.

Skills

  • Familiarity with IT Security concepts
  • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Friendly phone voice
  • Highly organized and results-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Reach out via phone and/or email to cold prospects
  • Gauge the interest of prospects to qualify them as potential customers
  • Pass the qualified and interested prospects to assigned Territory/Account Executive(s)
