As a UI/UX Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and efficient solutions that optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and drive innovation across our organization.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of internal operations at KnowBe4 through innovative UI/UX design solutions. Must be passionate about leveraging AI and AWS technologies to drive efficiency and enhance user experiences.
Additionally, you will harness cutting-edge AWS technologies such as Bedrock, Firehose, Lambda, and EventBridge. By integrating APIs from Salesforce, Netsuite, Zendesk, and other key business applications, you will be a part of creating tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our internal users.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and design solutions tailored to user needs and business objectives, with a focus on AWS Bedrock environments.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to convey design concepts and iterate designs based on feedback and user testing.
• Develop user interface designs adhering to design principles, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards, while considering stateless and event-driven architectures.
• Work closely with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs and maintain design consistency across products.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in UI/UX design, contributing to the continuous improvement of our design processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Use Jira to manage design tasks and track project progress.
• Create architecture diagrams to visualize user interface components and interactions.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address design issues and ensure usability.
• Share knowledge and design insights with the team through presentations and workshops.
• Manage time effectively to deliver design assets and meet project milestones.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather design requirements and gather feedback.
• Participate in Sprint Planning meetings to prioritize design tasks and align with development efforts.

The base pay for this position ranges from $100,000 - $110,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
