Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include leading redevelopment projects, driving construction planning and execution, and managing project budgets and schedules. You’ll collaborate closely with various teams across the organization, ensuring that every aspect of the construction process meets our high-quality standards. Additionally, you will prepare monthly financial reports, oversee general contractor relationships, and coordinate with project consultants to facilitate seamless project completion.

To qualify for the Senior Project Manager position, applicants should have at least four years of experience managing commercial construction projects and ideally have worked with national general contractors or developers. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management is required, alongside strong financial oversight and project management abilities. Experience in retail or development projects will be a plus.

We prefer candidates who have managed multiple projects simultaneously within the $5-10 million range. Experience specifically in retail or development is advantageous, as it aligns closely with the nature of our projects. Having worked with commercial general contractors will also be beneficial to succeed in the role.
