We are seeking an HR Business Partner - Talent ... Culture to team up with our Automotive organization which enables the solutions of future mobility. As an HR partner, you'll support our Talent Development, Recruitment and Selection, and Employee Engagement activities. To be successful in this role, you must develop an understanding of business priorities and how to support the highest valued work. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across a diverse team. What You Will Do In Your Role Advance our Company Culture: Act as a steward of our company culture (MBM Business Philosophy). Demonstrate the company's focus on Inclusion, Diversity and Community through genuine interactions and conversations. Drive Talent Outcomes: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Supervisors on talent needs. Provide coaching on business needs and market conditions. Support leaders by driving Talent Development activities including Talent Reviews, Individual Development Plans, Succession Planning and solutioning to address business risk related to talent. Influence Stakeholders: Partner with functional leaders to understand business goals and strategic initiatives. Work closely with leadership to understand and proactively identify opportunities for the HR to add value to business operations. Establish and maintain high levels of engagement across the employee population. Be a trusted advisor to managers and individual contributors, working closely with management to identify and address performance issues and recognize/reward performance. Support leaders with market insights as well as with compensation decisions, including base and variable pay recommendations. Help identify opportunities to address gaps where total contribution is not aligned with total compensation. Leverage Analytics/Data: Utilize business analytics and key measures to help understand complex problems & opportunities, formulate solutions that address business risk and enable value realization. The Experience You Will Bring Requirements: 5 years of demonstrated success influencing stakeholders across business capabilities Adept at building and cultivating genuine relationships Demonstrated experience developing and coaching talent Solutions oriented problem solver that enjoys working within a changing environment This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship Our goal is for each employee, and their families, to live fulfilling and healthy lives.
