Weāre on the hunt for an innovative Head of Content Operations to spearhead our content strategy and production. You'll lead the entire content operations journeyāfrom budgeting and resource allocation to deliveryāensuring our educational materials are top-notch, resonate with our global audience, and are delivered on time and budget. Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to create content that educates, engages, and inspires.
Responsibilities:
š Oversee content operations, optimise processes, manage risks, and ensure alignment with strategic goals, budgets, and timelines.
š Manage department budget, collaborate on annual/three-year plans, oversee forecasts, allocate funds, monitor expenses, and optimise costs.
š§āš« Standardize processes and tools, enhance efficiency, ensure consistency, and foster continuous improvement in project management practices.
š ļø Manage and cultivate supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, oversee contracts, and ensure vendor quality, efficiency, and compliance.
š§āš¤āš§ Mentor and support the 7-person operations team, oversee professional development, identify training opportunities, and monitor team well-being.
Requirements:
š» Experience leading, mentoring and upskilling a team of Project Managers; with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
š A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
š Experience overseeing and executing multiple projects, ensuring efficient workflows and on-time delivery. Owning budgets, estimates, and resource allocation.
š Demonstrated proficiency in using major project management software tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Teams).
š Evidence of leading initiatives that drove significant innovation or improvement in content operations or project management processes.
