Work Mode: HybridLocation: Hybrid - Kohler, WI or Atlanta, GAOpportunityDirects the retail business strategy for all aspects of The Home Depot account. Create the vision for the omnichannel account, and work closely with key home office personnel on strategy and direction. Develop and lead the implementation of a Field Sales organization, with the goal to double the business within three years. This person will report directly to the SVP – Sales & Business Units, KBNA. Inclusive of all arms of the Home Depot Account – Brick & Mortar, .com, HD Pro & HD Supply. Lead architect of all Top to Top and Quarterly Business Review sessions.• Execute yearly growth plan initiatives to achieve overall sales plan for Kohler, Sterling, and Home Depot.• Oversee the development and implementation of a Retail Field Sales team, inclusive of a managing Director and field sales executives. Drive an aggressive growth plan for the field sales organization.• Negotiate all annual agreements on terms & investments, pulling together all materials required for analysis and alignment• Own product sell-in, drive the creation of sell-in materials and guide the team on optimal presentation of Kohler Co product and service solutions• Collaborate with the Category Strategy and R/etail Channel Managers to help establish future direction for each respective category.• Responsible for identifying and driving implementation of end-to-end supply chain partnership opportunities that can drive both efficiencies and speed to market for both Kohler’s and The Home Depot’s businesses.• Hire, develop & train a strong sales team. Ensure the team is executing their plans, uncovering new growth opportunities and developing in their careers. Provide regular feedback, guidance and OKRs.• Provide regular input on sales forecasting – inclusive of feedback from Home Depot’s merchandising and IPR teams - to ensure accurate plan for S&OP team• Responsible for implementing all price changes.• Manage and handle all major Account Receivables issues.Skills/Requirements• Bachelor’s degree required.• Ten years’ experience in Construction Products Building Sales and Sales Management with well-established company in Building Products Industry or ten years’ Sales and Sales Management experience with a well-established company in a consumer products industry.Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.The salary range for this position is $196,000 - $257,250. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
