Korn Ferry Professional Search has partnered with our client in the Real Estate industry on their search for a Manager of Financial Reporting.Opportunity Highlights:• This position will be the right hand to the CFO and will be the go-to person on complex transactions, bank convent reporting, technical accounting and financial/management reporting.• Established organization experiencing substantial growth in their business• Good benefits, flexible hybrid scheduleScope of Responsibilities:Duties/Responsibilities:• Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports and documents, ensuring they adhere to applicable standards and regulations.• Perform technical accounting research and consult with management team on impact to decision making• Monitor budget performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.• Implement strategies to identify and manage financial risks.• Collaborate with various teams to align financial planning with organizational goals.• Drive process improvements within financial reporting team• Coordinate with external auditorsSkills Needed:• Strong knowledge of USGAAP and accounting principles• Strong communication and presentation skills• Ability to influence across the organizationEducational & Work Requirements:• Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Master’s Degree preferred, CPA Required• Work Experience: 7-10+ years of relevant experience including Big 4 external audit; previous experience in Real Estate or Private Equity/Asset Management preferredJob ID: 510686264
