If you're looking for a firm with a strong team connection where you can be your whole self, have an impact, advance your skills, deepen your experiences, and have the flexibility and access to constantly find new areas of inspiration and expand your capabilities, then consider a career in Advisory.KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Business Development Organization.Responsibilities:• Lead all aspects of the customer acquisition life cycle from pipeline development/account planning/account management, opportunity pursuit, meeting follow up, proposal, client procurement, contract negotiation, risk management, statement of work (SOW) development and revenue attainment• Build market awareness of KPMGs Workday services offerings, capabilities, and credentials• Educate KPMG account teams, the Workday field organization, and clients on how the solution helps address a client need or solve a client issue• Become a Solution Specialist in KPMGs Workday services solution• Bring focus, energy, and go-to-market skills to help our firm win more business, close cycle times, and improve our overall win rate• Demonstrate excellence in applying MarketEDGE, KPMGs sales methodologyQualifications:• Minimum of ten years of successful alliance management or solution sales experience, preferably focusing on major national or global accounts with a verifiable track record of exceeding expectations; experience in the retail industry is a plus• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience• Strong industry knowledge with Workday; subject matter proficiency is preferred• Exceptional consultative and interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of impeccable trust, confidence, and results, often exceeding several million dollars• Ability to understand complex content and relate content around industry issues, client needs, and KPMG service offerings• Demonstrated superior ability to develop and lead relationship building activities with C-Level executives• Ability to travel as necessary• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
