If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager for Marketing and Enablement to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.Responsibilities:• Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies and material to drive Member Firm adoption, engagement, and growth• Manage and drive cross-functional enablement plans collaborating with functions to identify needs, develop adoption material and programs• Monitor and analyze performance of marketing and enablement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for adjustments to achieve adoption targets• Engage and coordinate with key stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and align priorities for marketing and enablement initiativesQualifications:• Minimum five years of recent experience in marketing, enablement, or a similar role, preferably in B2B or professional services industries• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in marketing, business, communications, or a relevant field• Experience creating and executing effective marketing and enablement programs; experience conducting customer needs assessments to inform marketing and enablement programs• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; able to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data insights to inform marketing and enablement strategies, optimize performance, and drive business impact; proficiency in enablement technologies, such as CRM systems• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; strong project management and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
