The Team
Growth analytics at Kraken’s mission is to help marketers make the best and fastest decisions possible when it comes to execution and strategy by helping measure current execution and strategy with high fidelity. This includes all the marketing disciplines (Brand -> Acquisition -> Lifecycle) and across various teams such as regional marketing and product marketing.
The growth analytics team will set up measurement frameworks to help standardize output and give marketers a frame of reference on how to understand their execution via the lens of causal inference and incrementality. As a whole, this analytics team has to rely on creativity and problem solving on a day to day basis while being close to business KPIs and outcomes. Kraken is small enough where the impact of our work can be felt at all levels and our output can impact strategy as a whole.
The Opportunity
Being the conduit between product marketing leaders and analytics
Advising and creating measurement frameworks to help guide product marketing campaign execution and strategy
Advising and creating measurement frameworks to help scale product marketing execution and strategy
Creating deep dives and insights to understand where there could be opportunity for growth
Aligning PMMs to incrementality and causal inference
Being a subject matter expert on the nuances of PMM and building cross functional relationships
Being a bridge between product analytics and PMMs as well as marketing leaders.
Creating executive level reporting to clearly inform results and recommendations.
Skills you should HODL
3-5 years of relevant marketing analytics or marketing science roles that focused on growth and scale (preferably in a lead role)
1-2 years of relevant product analytics roles
Ideally has worked in high growth companies
Technologies include SQL/Python/R
Problem solving/critical thinking is a must
Worked as a PMM analyst is preferable but not necessary
Has worked on a B2C and a B2B product
Passionate about Crypto
Bonus - Has experience measuring on chain data
Strong communication and presentation skills
