This role is fully remote. We consider candidates in European and EST timezones.
Partner with Engineering Managers and their teams to plan and execute initiatives
Produce reports and extract insights from team data
Lead mission-critical cross-domain projects from 0 to done
Enable the team to achieve success, higher throughput and provide regular updates on project status, risks and dependencies
Participate in division-wide initiatives to align teams and foster best-practices
Ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years experience working as a technical project manager or similar role. Ideally within trading, finance or similar
2+ years of experience working as a software engineer, software engineer in test or similar technical roles
Proficient in utilizing project and workstream management tools such as Confluence and Jira
Embody a timing mindset, strategically allocating tasks to ensure the timely achievement of project milestones.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Superset or equivalent. Knowledge of SQL basics is a nice to have!
Serve as a Jira expert with a minimum of two years of experience in kanban project management or Agile methodologies , showcasing openness to experimenting and improving processes
Proven experience working with engineering teams in a project manager role, capable of effectively communicating technical details to engineers of various disciplines and understanding the intricacies of their roles
Exhibit excellent communication skills, displaying enthusiasm to ask questions and comprehend business and product objectives
Innately curious about system workings, demonstrating the ability to self-educate as needed
Exceptional organizational skills and determination to drive projects to completion, adapting seamlessly to shifting priorities and deadlines with a data driven mindset, with a primary focus on delivering value
Tenacious self-starter able to comprehend the details of intricate, cross-functional projects and adept at distilling them into actionable project plans
Experience in Crypto or Finance is a huge plus
