Compass Transaction Operations Learning & Development (L&D) is looking for a Program Manager - Learning & Development , AKA Senior Associate, Program Manager, to develop and implement new end to end training programs for employees. At Compass, Program Managers work autonomously to influence, track and execute on data driven programs that benefit our employees. The Senior Associate Program Manager will deliver comprehensive end to end training programs for internal Transaction Operations staff including identifying and analyzing training gaps, identifying subject matter experts, creating project plans and timelines, and designing new training content. This is a high judgment and high visibility role with the potential to impact hundreds of employees across the Transaction Operations organization. 

Please Note: This will be a hybrid position and will be required to be in office 2x per month 

As an L&D Senior Associate Program Manager you will: 

  • Scope, design and implement new end to end training programs for Transaction Operations employees.
  • Work across multiple stakeholders teams to identify training gaps and create timely and clear recommendations. 
  • Track, analyze and report out on key program KPIs and training success metrics.
  • Leverage Learning Management Systems and other course authoring tools to design, implement and facilitate training including instructor-led virtual training, eLearnings, and instructional content/video.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience leading cross-functional programs at scale
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use data to make decisions and influence project outcomes
  • Experience facilitating meetings with senior and technical stakeholders
  • Prior experience designing and/or facilitating trainings in a major corporate training environment
  • Nice to have:
    • Real estate knowledge

Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $100,000 - $113,500 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met
