The protocols comprise tendering electronic payment modes such as Credit/Debit Cards, EBT, and Gift Cards, coupled with cash and check payments• Understand and conform to the policies on acknowledging and redeeming seller coupons, limits on insufficiency of funds, and company shrinkage instructions• Be sure to adequately educate yourself on the products and services we offer so that you can effectively communicate their benefits to customers• Responsibly manage phone calls by assigning the appropriate degree of urgency to each one and handling them accordingly• In summary, successful inventory control entails managing stock levels effectively, ensuring proper stock maintenance, conducting regular stock checks, and implementing measures to optimize efficiency through technology and other means, improving customer experiences while decreasing costs• Comply with the automated inventory management and control system's regulations for non-legend drug ordering and track consumed or discarded stock accordingly• Abide by the established standards of the department by keeping work stations and customer waiting areas clean and orderly• Creating a positive and authentic attitude towards customer service can help in making customers feel cherished and important• Maintain and uphold all sanitation and safety rules and regulations as per health code regulations at the federal, state, and local level.
