Senior Delivery Manager

Our company continues to grow actively, so we're currently seeking an Senior Delivery Manager to join our newly established outsourcing team. This role involves developing a new direction within the company and collaborating with clients of various sizes and industries, including Kyivstar, to deliver software development services tailored to their specific requirements.

• Collaborate with different customers on Upwork;  
• Selection and implementation of the necessary tools, technologies, and techniques;  
• Support sales team in new projects presale, estimate project affords and prepare necessary RFI/RFP documentation; 
• Management of web and mobile development team.  

• At least 3-5 years of experience in project management or delivery management, particularly in an IT outsourcing context; 
• Proven track record of successfully managing software development or IT projects from conception to delivery; 
• Good understanding of software development life cycles, web technologies, and IT infrastructure. 
• Ability to work closely with technical teams and understand technical specifications; 
• Experience in preparing detailed project documentation, including project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates; 
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders; 
• Ability to present and explain project details to non-technical stakeholders; 
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and experience with other project management frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean; 
• Fluent English; 
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master) would be highly advantageous.
