This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of forward-thinking engineers in the Engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Quality Assurance team, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and the end products are free from defects. This role requires a deep understanding of game engines, an analytical mind, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.Responsibilities• Lead, manage, and mentor the Quality Assurance team, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.• Develop, implement, and maintain test strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure the highest quality standards are met.• Work closely with the development team to understand the product specifications and design comprehensive test plans.• Conduct regular quality assurance audits and report findings to the senior management team.• Identify, record, and track bugs and defects in the system.• Collaborate with the development team to fix identified issues in a timely manner.• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in quality assurance and game development.• Provide expert advice and guidance on quality assurance best practices.• Ensure all products are tested in various environments and platforms before release.• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in the Quality Assurance team.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the gaming industry.• Proven experience with game engines such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar.• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.• Proficiency in scripting and automation.• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about quality assurance and gaming to make a significant impact in a dynamic, innovative, and growing company.
