Behavior Technician

Kyo is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with autism looking to hire Behavior Technicians who will implement child-centric therapy models.

Skills

Experience working with children
Ability to utilize a tablet for data collection
Strong communication skills
Commitment to ongoing training and development

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 play-based instruction using ABA techniques
Support clients and families in achieving meaningful outcomes
Utilize safe behavior management strategies during interactions
Communicate clearly with team members and clients
Participate in team meetings and trainings

Education

Minimum High School diploma or GED
Preferred: Current student or recent graduate in related field
