We have a new, exciting opportunity for a Level 2 Desktop Support Tech to join our client’s team onsite in the Blaine, WA area.
Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:
Prepare 700+ new laptops and desktops for Windows 11 rollout
Schedule pickup of laptops for end users based on old system out of warranty dates
Guide users on self-migration instructions for Windows 11
Help users reinstall applications from old systems on new systems
Provide guidance on saving data on OneDrive if necessary
Schedule migration of Desktops over to new Desktops
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience as a desktop support technician or equivalent
Capabilities needed to deliver in-person and remote IT aid
Fantastic installation, diagnostic, upgrade, and restoration abilities
Excellent vertical and lateral thinking
Superb time management skills
Clear written and verbal communication
Potential Pay Rate: $28/hr. – $32/hr.
Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
