Laborer (1025 Clearwater II)
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Assist the apprentices and journeyman with the installation of:
- Ground grid and conduit.
- Installation of above ground conduit, grounding, buss work, equipment installation, etc.
- Building stands and setting equipment including tightening of anchor bolts.
- Steel assembly, including the torquing and marking of the hardware.
- Placing raceways inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pulling of insulated wires and cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes.
- Perform all manner of manual labor.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit and moving and lifting heavy objects.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
High School diploma or GED equivalent; or equivalent combinations of training and experience.

- Team Player who can lead by example.
- The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos and to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
