Visual Designer (Senior/Lead)

Laita Labs is the main development team behind ParaSwap, a leading DeFi exchange and middleware with tens of Billions of dollars in volume. In addition to building the smart contract protocols, Laita Labs is also responsible for its Web3 API, used by many of the leading protocols in the space.

As one of the most established protocols in space, ParaSwap has a global community composed of users with different experiences interacting with Web3. From newcomers to the space to advanced smart contract developers, being part of the ParaSwap community places you at the heart of DeFi.

The Role:

You will be part of our growing Design team. Our creative culture fosters collaboration with a diverse team of innovators passionate about design and technology.

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the creation of graphics, illustrations, business templates, motion graphics and video production.
  • Elevating visual identity quality and consistency across internal, social and digital channels.
  • Developing and maintaining our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating closely with our Head of Design and our growth and marketing team to create visually stunning visuals that resonate with Web 3.0 users.
  • Solid graphic, brand and motion design skills
  • +5 years of experience as a visual, brand, and/or motion designer. Coming from either an in-house design team or agency environment.
  • Ability to produce high-quality creative graphics, brands, motion graphics and videos.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual design and storytelling principles.
  • Self-directed, solution-oriented, and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
  • Experience including digital and print design best practices
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
  • Comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders across the company.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced (sometimes ambiguous) startup environment.
  • Fluent English.
  • You can sync at least 4 hrs/day within the UTC timezone.
  • Solid design portfolio of recent and relevant design work.
