*Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco office location 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Channel & Alliances Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage and grow relationships across our channel ecosystem—including ISVs, VARs, and strategic technology alliances. You'll drive partner-sourced revenue, oversee co-selling motions, and build joint account plans to deepen strategic alignment with our top partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline by managing and growing 15+ active channel partners (VARs, ISVs, SIs)

  • Sell through and sell with partners to achieve revenue goals

  • Build and maintain strategic account plans with top partners

  • Lead and collaborate on joint roadmaps, GTM strategies, co-marketing, and co-selling motions with key alliances

  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners to assess performance and align goals

  • Launch and support ecosystem integrations

  • Onboard and enable new partners with sales materials, training, and product education

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to align partner priorities

  • Represent the partner perspective internally to shape roadmap and messaging

  • Identify opportunities to expand the partnership ecosystem and increase partner-driven revenue

You 

  • 3–6 years experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management within tech/SaaS/infrastructure

  • Proven success growing partner-sourced pipeline and managing strategic relationships

  • Familiarity with cloud providers, ML/AI ecosystems, or GPU infrastructure is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and prioritize ruthlessly

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry

Salary Range Information 

Based on market data and other factors, the annual base salary range for this position is $145,000-$200,000 with an OTE component. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
