About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Channel & Alliances Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll manage and grow relationships across our channel ecosystem—including ISVs, VARs, and strategic technology alliances. You'll drive partner-sourced revenue, oversee co-selling motions, and build joint account plans to deepen strategic alignment with our top partners.
What You’ll Do
Drive partner-sourced pipeline by managing and growing 15+ active channel partners (VARs, ISVs, SIs)
Sell through and sell with partners to achieve revenue goals
Build and maintain strategic account plans with top partners
Lead and collaborate on joint roadmaps, GTM strategies, co-marketing, and co-selling motions with key alliances
Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners to assess performance and align goals
Launch and support ecosystem integrations
Onboard and enable new partners with sales materials, training, and product education
Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering to align partner priorities
Represent the partner perspective internally to shape roadmap and messaging
Identify opportunities to expand the partnership ecosystem and increase partner-driven revenue
You
3–6 years experience in channel sales, alliances, or partner management within tech/SaaS/infrastructure
Proven success growing partner-sourced pipeline and managing strategic relationships
Familiarity with cloud providers, ML/AI ecosystems, or GPU infrastructure is a strong plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and prioritize ruthlessly
Nice to Have
Experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry
Salary Range Information
Based on market data and other factors, the annual base salary range for this position is $145,000-$200,000 with an OTE component. However, a salary higher or lower than this range may be appropriate for a candidate whose qualifications differ meaningfully from those listed in the job description.
