Senior Product Designer

Lambda is seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to lead and execute design projects that define and elevate their visual identity and product experience.

Skills

Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
Strong understanding of UX and UI principles
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Lead the design process for new and existing products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Create user-centered designs
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
Advocate for design best practices
Mentor junior designers
Stay updated on industry trends
Experiment with new design tools

Education

Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred
