Regional Sales Manager

Landis is a homeownership company taking on the housing affordability crisis. Our mission is to guide people on their unique path to homeownership, and we do this through a coaching app and a holistic homeownership program where we buy a home for a client and rent it to them while we help them prepare for a mortgage. We are growing rapidly and looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives (AE) while developing a playbook and managing strategic relationships at the company . AEs, located in each of the states in which we operate, are tasked with creating awareness with real estate brokerages and agents with the intention of educating them on our homeownership program and referring clients that are a fit. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for hiring, coaching, building market strategy, achieving growth targets and being present with AEs in the market for key meetings and events. The candidate will be a leader with a passion for sales, loves using data to drive their decision making, can present effectively and knows how to overachieve. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, is always learning and loves to teach others how to be successful. Where you will make an impact: Leading a team of Account Executives to ensure their strategy and execution is leading to the long-term success of Landis and their specific territories Joining Account Executives' in-market presentations and meetings at brokerages and local events Representing Landis at both local and national events Utilizing data to inform decision making Creating and following through on processes that can be replicated across the team for scaled success Helping to coach and guide members of the sales team on successful journeys at Landis Assisting in shaping the growth and expansion of Landis You are: Humble & hungry A natural leader that is always striving to get better Passionate about our mission to enable homeownership in America A self-starter with the discipline, dedication, and motivation to work hard and thrive in a start-up environment Data driven and use that for guidance to help drive growth Someone who takes pride in quality, precision, and productivity A passion for building relationships with a high EQ and unquestionable integrity Organized, structured and can understand how to prioritize tasks Excited to work closely and collaborate with your co-workers Your background includes: 2-5 years of prior experience managing and leading others; startup and/or real estate experience a plus, but not required Minimum of 7 years in sales related roles Proven track record of setting targets and delivering on them Experience working closely and communicating effectively with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders in a constantly evolving, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines Experience building trust within internal and external stakeholders Proactive self-starter able to prioritize and manage work autonomously Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills Comfortable within sales tools and platforms Ability to travel up to 30% of the time Bachelor's degree is preferred What we offer: Competitive salary Equity in the company Health, dental, and vision insurance Flexible, unlimited vacation Compassionate and mission-oriented team Culture focused on learning and personal growth Opportunity to have impact on the lives of our partners and clients Salary Range: $100K -- $150K Minimum Qualification Sales Management & Operations, SalesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
