Job Overview:

The QSR Financial Manager will play a key role in managing financial operations across our quick-service restaurant franchises. This role requires a detail-oriented, numbers-focused professional with experience in payment processing, franchise account management, and royalty calculations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance within a franchise environment and a deep understanding of POS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment Processing: Manage and reconcile daily credit card payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Account Setup: Set up franchise accounts, ensuring all payment processing systems and requirements are properly implemented.
• Royalty Management: Calculate and pay royalties based on monthly volume for each franchise, maintaining accurate records.
• Payouts: Process payouts accurately and in compliance with franchise agreements and company policies.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile revenue and expenses across all QSR locations, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
• POS System Management: Oversee the integration of POS data into financial records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Franchise Collaboration: Work closely with franchisees to manage account details, payment schedules, and compliance with financial reporting requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and analyses, providing insights to management regarding franchise performance.
