CADD Technician

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced CADD Technician to support our projects with high-quality computer-aided design and drafting services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CADD software and a keen eye for precision, ready to contribute to various projects ranging from specific types of projects [e.g., residential buildings, commercial spaces, infrastructure].

• Develop and modify detailed CADD drawings and plans based on project specifications and client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy and completeness of designs.
• Review and revise drawings as necessary to meet project needs and standards.
• Maintain and organize electronic files and records of design documents.
• Prepare and present design documentation for internal review and client presentations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CADD software and design processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CADD technology.

• Minimum of a high school diploma. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a CADD Technician or Operator, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in CADD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
• SHA field survey MicroStation processing or property work experience.
• Solid understanding of drafting principles, standards, and industry best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
