Full Stack Drupal Developer

The Full Stack Drupal Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Drupal-based websites and applications. This role requires a strong understanding of back-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for creating high-quality digital solutions. This is a 6 month contract to hire position.


Responsibilities
  • Develop, configure, and customize Drupal websites and applications.
  • Create and manage Drupal modules, themes, and features.
  • Implement and integrate third-party APIs and services.
  • Optimize Drupal sites for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Design and implement user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Utilize front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) as needed.
  • Develop server-side logic, manage databases, and integrate with external systems.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient PHP code.
  • Ensure data integrity and implement secure coding practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in project planning, requirements gathering, and estimation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Perform thorough testing and debugging of applications.
  • Implement and maintain version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement within the team.


Qualifications
  • Strong experience (5+ years) with Drupal (Drupal 8/9/10).
  • Acquia Drupal Certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Content Management System and Learning Management System Experience.
  • Understanding of web performance optimization and security practices.
  • years of experience in Drupal development and full-stack web development.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Drupal projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.


$105,000 - $130,000 a year
