Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Inside Sales Representative with an aptitude for mechanical equipment and HVAC systems. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team by providing technical expertise, customer service, and ensuring smooth operations in the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and provide solutions related to mechanical equipment and HVAC systems.
• Act as a technical advisor, assisting customers in selecting appropriate products based on specifications, applications, and budgetary considerations.
• Collaborate closely with the external sales team to develop sales strategies, generate leads, and follow up on opportunities to drive revenue.
• Prepare and deliver price quotations, bids, and proposals in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, logistics, and technical support to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s product offerings, technical specifications, and industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact through post-sale support and follow-up.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to meet customer needs.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC equipment, and related products.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
