PHP/LAMP Web Developer (E-Commerce Experience)- Mostly Remote

Job Summary: 

We are seeking an experienced PHP/LAMP Web Developer with a background in E-Commerce or Travel organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in PHP and the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP). This role involves developing and maintaining web applications, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features. Onsite 1 day every 1-2 months.

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and the LAMP stack.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing web applications.
• Ensure the security and integrity of web applications.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
• Create and maintain documentation for code and development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve skills and integrate new technologies into applications.
