Product Manager (Manufacturing Industry Experience)

Job Summary: 


We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product development, from conception through launch, ensuring products meet market needs and align with the company’s strategic goals.


Responsibilities:
  • Product Development and Strategy:
  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps for manufacturing products.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
  • Define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to develop product specifications and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure feasibility, quality, and timely delivery of products.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between all stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design through development, testing, and launch.
  • Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for product improvements.
  • Manage product iterations and updates based on market demand and customer feedback.
  • Market and Customer Insights:
  • Engage with customers, conduct surveys, and analyze feedback to understand user needs and preferences.
  • Develop detailed user personas and use cases to guide product development.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies to incorporate into product strategies.
  • Financial and Performance Management:
  • Develop and manage product budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Track product performance against KPIs and adjust strategies as necessary to meet financial and operational goals.
  • Prepare and present product reports and updates to senior management.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure products comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
  • Work with quality assurance teams to develop and implement testing protocols and procedures.
