Program Manager

Looking for an experience Program Manager company to help with our government contracting positions.

• Ability to operate and estimate financial profit for projects.
• Forging enduring, trust-based relationships with partners, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with partners and business owners to comprehend their needs and refine project requests.
• Ensure contractual obligations by partners are met.
• Define project requirements for partner approval and seamless handoff to other teams involved.
• Cultivate and nurture partner relationships through frequent communication.
• Manage and align partner priorities, ensuring clear understanding and adherence.
• Champion the voices of all stakeholders, promoting transparency in team progress and celebrating successes.
• Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to maintain thriving partner relationships.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of multiple internal processes
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Must be a U.S Citizen due to working with government entities.
• Must have an Active Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
• Balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
• Work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Present ideas orally and in writing in a clear, concise manner to partners/stakeholders.
