Project Manager (Physical Security Implementations Experience)

About the Role:


We are looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in managing physical security technology implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and related technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft Project for project scheduling and resource management is essential. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.


Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end physical security technology implementation projects, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with security objectives and organizational needs.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project, ensuring milestones are clearly defined and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee the installation, integration, and testing of security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV, alarm systems) in alignment with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of project deliverables.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, identifying potential issues, and ensuring timely resolution of risks.
  • Document and track project requirements, specifications, changes, and deliverables, ensuring all project documentation is current and accurate.
  • Implement quality control measures and conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant physical security standards, regulations, and organizational policies.


$90,000 - $115,000 a year
