The person must have strong customer service experience. This person also must understand how to take requirements from a client and work the design aspect along with the Developers to create the correct product needed.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide direction and decisions within project tickets as needed.Offer UI/UX guidance to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.Translate business needs into detailed solution documentation.Work with clients to finalize and approve documentation, including functional design mocks and specifications.Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to define solutions.Gather estimates from internal teams and provide proposals to clients.Support development and project management teams progress to ensure the final product meets client expectations (Quality, Time, and Budget)Job RequirementsExperience using Adobe XDMust have 5+ years of UX/UI experienceMust have Bachelors Degree in related fieldMust have excellent customer service skills$100,000 - $115,000 a year#J-18808-Ljbffr
