Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers in Revenue for people strategy
Support organizations through changes at department and company levels
Plan and execute company-wide HR programs and initiatives
Provide HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching at all levels
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, org design, compensation, performance management, and more
Analyse trends and make data-driven decisions to develop people strategy
Enable leaders to effectively lead their teams through coaching
Assess team and manager development needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions
