We develop hardware software, and diagnostics to improve the lives of chronic care patients (cancer, hypertension, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder).

In the US, 80% of healthcare spend occurs in 20% of patients. We aim to drastically reduce this cost through modern devices and preventative care services. Our core device (FDA Class 2 cleared) uses machine-learning trained on cell classification to allow chronic patients to monitor their white blood count at home. Our core software product is a platform to help doctors monitor vitals, trends, etc. of such patients, so that physicians and patients can stay aligned without direct interaction.

We also have a fast growing SaaS Revenue Cycle Management business that provides revenue intelligence for hundreds of healthcare businesses, from small clinics to large health systems. Our state-of-the-art dashboard Athelas Insights provides unparalleled understanding into the financial health of your practice to help you with all aspects of RCM including denials, working A/R, research, and more.

We've raised $132 million at a $1.5 billion valuation from top tier investors such as General Catalyst, Sequoia Capital, Y Combinator, and Initialized.

What You'll Do

This is an exciting opportunity to be a foundational team member of Athelas' client launch team.

As a Launch Manager, you will own the customer experience from project kick-off through launch. Through internal cross-functional management, and one-on-one advising, you will ensure customers are set up for success.

This is a demanding role that will serve as the quarterback internally for the fastest-growing unit within Athelas. If you're hungry, intellectually curious, have strong attention to detail, and are a proven winner, this is a great fit for you.

  • Serve as the internal advocate for your client through the onboarding process.
  • Track, refine, and own project management process from start to finish, ensuring that we launch on time and, over time, improve our time to value.
  • Deliver customer value by deeply understanding your customers' use cases and aligning them to Athelas' best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally within our sales, operations, and engineering teams to meet clients' needs and Athelas. Document and develop best practices that allow the launcher team to improve incrementally through each new onboarding.

What You Have

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in Implementation, Customer Success at a fast-paced SaaS company or within a heavy client-facing industry (banking, consulting, etc.)
  • Expert project management: You have experience deploying multiple projects across multiple time zones and on time in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in being on top of things
  • Energized By People: You love interacting with customers and consistently seek to deliver a great customer experience.
  • Truth Seeker: You are relentless in searching for truth, asking questions, and always seeking to understand a customer's requests
  • Project Confidence: You are humbly confident and can lead a client meeting and discuss difficult subjects while projecting confidence and trust.
  • Comfort in Chaos: You are comfortable working in an autonomous environment, can expertly prioritize and have a knack for identifying internal and external blockers.

What We'd Love to See:

  • Experience in the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) space
  • Proficient in SQL, GSuite, and Retool
