Law Firm Office Manager

The law offices of Marshall Dennehey seeks a full-time Office Manager to supervise clerical staff and perform day-to-day administration operations for the firm's Cleveland, Ohio office. Office has 8 attorneys and 8 support staff.

Job responsibilities:

• Monitors work flow and various miscellaneous duties involved in overall daily operation of the office.
• Carries out responsibilities in accordance with firm policy and applicable laws. Among other duties, responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training support staff; implement firm policies with the support of the Human Resources Department; also to include conducting hiring, corrective action, termination, performance assessments and other management activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal, communication, decision making and organizational skills a must.
• Must be able to perform legal secretarial duties, if needed.
• Previous experience in law firm office management required.
