Are you a subject matter expert in legal topics and want to impact global businesses' growth? We are looking for a Lawyer to ensure the company's compliance with the law and perform other day-to-day legal tasks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare and coordinate contracts and other internal documents, ensuring compliance with EU and/or CIS and/or Georgian legislation
• Offer legal support for the company's corporate matters and processes in compliance with law
• Provide legal consulting on issues of civil, labor and administrative legislation
• Negotiate with counterparties to discuss changes

WHAT YOU HAVE

• Degree in law
• 5+ years of experience in drafting, negotiating and reviewing legal documents
• English level – B1 or above
• Proficiency in analytical challenges

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in an IT company with a proven background in corporate or commercial law and contracting
