Our internal Creative Studio Team is looking to fill a Lead/Creative Services role within Nestlé Health Science to help manage all aspects of the design process within our Active Medical Nutrition channel. The Lead / CS will utilize information from the Insights and Analytics team, and the Brand Engagement team to bring ideas to life through creative conceptualization across multiple touchpoints including digital, social, print, web, video and packaging. The right candidate collaborates with stakeholders to research and develop cohesive design plans, concepts and prototypes and is a master at understanding brand guidelines to know when to stay within the lines and when to color outside of them.
In this role, you will be a crucial part of working collaboratively within a matrix design team and are an expert at working cross-functionally to ensure that each brand you represent within the Nestlé Health Science team, looks right, feels right, and has the correct copy and tone to bring that brand’s unique selling proposition to life. You’ll drive cross-functional meetings and help to deliver great work, on time and on budget. You’ll report into the Sr. Manager of Creative Design and Production and will partner with a Project Manager dedicated to our Active Medical Nutrition brands – primarily Carnation Breakfast Essentials, and Boost® Nutritional Drinks.

- Strategic Partner with Consumer Insights – implementing insights into design deliverables from the Consumer Insights team to guide design direction
- Creative + Marketing Strategy
- Strategic Partner with Brand Engagement across touchpoints within the Creative Studio team
- Helping to guide designers through mentorship and feedback
- Innovating / embracing new approaches to graphic design challenges and creating frameworks or optimizations for common speedbumps
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills and expert level of attention to detail
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in design or a related field is required. 5-7 Years relative experience.
- A strong design portfolio to showcase your creativity and familiarity with designing for corporate environments – Medical nutrition / active medical nutrition a huge plus.
- Significant experience in leading design teams in a fast-paced working environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills are required when interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- An eye for detail and analytical skills to read and take inputs from the audience and market research data.
- Ability to cope with the stress associated with a challenging work environment driven by results and where deadlines are respected.
- The ability to work within a team and independently as required.
- Strong knowledge of various designing processes and prior experience in managing them.
- Strong grasp of working on various designing software.
- Familiarity with the latest technology that has become standard in the industry.
The approximate pay range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
