Lead Generation Specialist

IDR is seeking a FAST MOVING 100% Remote - Lead Generation Specialist to join one of our top clients in the business payments industry for a 6 month on going contract. Responsibilities of the Lead Generation Specialist:

  • Responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors
  • Convert the calls to new business leads
  • Deal with clients in a professional manner at all times aligned to our brand values
  • Ensure service is prompt, polite and professional standards are kept

Qualifications for the Lead Generation Specialist:

  • Previous B2B or B2C sales experience is highly preferred; Must have 1 year of professional telemarketing experience making outbound calls
  • Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • A positive approach to objection handling is essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated systems, including CRMs such as Salesforce

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
