Position Summary:

As a Lead Product Manager of Banking at Earnin, you'll help bring our mission to life - reinventing the financial system and helping our community members get to a better place financially. You will be responsible for scaling our core product as well as building the next set of products and features to drive growth of our business. You will own the strategy, roadmap and execution of key product/growth initiatives which include acquiring new community members, optimizing their onboarding experience and improving their engagement with our products.

This is a remote position.

What You'll Do:

• Create and embedded a unique product vision and roadmap for our banking products
• Drive the performance for our everyday banking product, including measuring the impact of your products on customer experience and commercials
• Identify customer needs from quantitative data and user research and build exceptional customer experiences across the end to end customer experience
• Work closely with engineering, design, data and marketing leads to develop quarterly target metrics, and plans to meet these metrics
• You will drive alignment across all business stakeholders, including finance, marketing, compliance, legal and risk

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years experience as a Product Manager in tech, fintech, or consumer products
• Experience in banking or payments is a plus
• Demonstrated skills in driving measurable change in products you have been responsible for
• Enjoy driving insights from quantitative and qualitative data
• Outstanding influencing skills and proven track record of driving cross-functional projects and products to delivery
• Experienced in leading technical discussions across product, engineering and data science
• Highly collaborative approach to solving complex problems
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple problems and issues
