Lead Server.... ($17-$18..Part time.. 3PM-7PM...11AM-7PM.....20-30 per week

We here at The Merrill Gardens is seeking a well qualified Lead Server with over 2 years of experience. To lead the front of the house, in this position you will train and mentor the dining services talent, run a smooth front of the house and keep resident satisfaction high. Working closely with our dining team of servers to provide as follow:

• Provide excellent meal service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensures that the servers within assigned sections are thoroughly trained in their duties and are knowledgeable about the various dishes prepared by the kitchen
• Must have knowledge of proper dining room etiquette and food sanitation and safety
• Must have the ability to supervise and coordinate with others
• Outstanding customer service experience
• Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
