Our new Leadership Trainee opportunity will allow you to gain first-hand management experience while continuing to develop the skills needed to successfully transition into a permanent leadership role within the organization.
This is a hybrid position, so you’ll work from home at least 75% of the time, and 25% of the time collaboratively in our incredible Park Center facility.

Starting salary is $63,813 annually ($31.67 / hr), and because work-life-balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week!

Responsibilities:
Our Team Managers are committed to leading and developing our employees to ensure they provide the best service for our customers. As a Team Manager Trainee you’ll:
  • Learn the responsibilities for first-line management of assigned Auto Claim personnel, which includes hiring, training, coaching, performance management and salary activities
  • Build and apply knowledge of the operation's claim activities including investigations, claims settlement procedures, company claim policies and procedures, insurance contracts and endorsements, applicable federal/state laws, and legal requirements
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with formal or informal leadership experience within any industry, and/or auto claims operations/call center experience.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
Hours of operation are continually evaluated and may change based on business need. Successful candidates are able and willing to work flexible work shifts and may be asked to work overtime and/or irregular hours.
Employees must successfully complete all required training, including applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s).
