iOS Engineering Manager (full remote)

We're looking for an iOS Engineering Manager / iOS Tech Lead to join our dream team and help us release the best iOS mobile apps for our innovative, industry-leading products.

How will you make a difference?

• You have proven leadership (more than 4 years) of iOS and QA teams, ensuring that they are aligned with the product/business and work towards a common goal.
• You have previous experience (more than 4 years) developing iOS applications.
• You have previous experience managing people, delivery, quality and processes.
• You know how to implement software development best practices.
• You like to work in agile and dynamic environments.
• You are an expert in promoting teamwork so that teams collaborate with each other and create synergies for continuous improvement.
• You have excellent communication and leadership skills.

What will you do?

• Lead a senior team of iOS Developers and QAs.
• Oversee the external development and maintenance of iOS applications, ensuring software quality and efficiency.
• Define and implement software development best practices (such as CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews) across all projects under your responsibility.
• Define and track a set of metrics to evaluate the health of applications, monitoring performance, stability, and software quality.
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to align the development roadmap of new products and iterations of existing products.
• Assess the technical feasibility of new projects and features, providing high-level estimates and recommendations.
• Enhancing the importance of team unity so that everyone feels part of the project and the company.
