Global Talent Acquisition Partner - 6 Month Fixed Term
LeadVenture is hiring for a Global Talent Acquisition Partner who will play a key role in our continued growth and success. This person will develop, implement, and maintain talent acquisition processes to attract and engage diverse candidate pipelines, as well as be a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about candidate experience, has excellent communication and organizational skills, a minimum of four years’ experience in corporate talent acquisition, and a consultative and solutions-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive full life cycle recruiting by partnering closely with hiring leaders, talent acquisition team and across HR to implement effective sourcing strategies and recruiting methods.
- Leverage expertise to actively source candidates and develop networks to build robust candidate pipelines.
- Review, analyze and clarify job requirements, competencies and skills required for critical hiring needs across varying disciplines.
- Effectively support the needs of varying stakeholders and manage against tight hiring deadlines.
- Post job openings on relevant job boards and assist with employer branding and advertisement initiatives.
- Source candidates through varying channels and manage through interview and assessment processes.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- 4+ years recruiting experience within a corporate, startup, and/or SaaS environment.
- Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and build collaborative relationships in a remote environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment and to ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, facilitate projects and business processes and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual communication skills – fluency in both English and Spanish
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years’ experience working as an in-house recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Global talent acquisition experience, having supported recruitment across the US and LATAM
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative to deliver results.
- MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) required. Jobvite ATS experience preferred.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Prior experience working in software company or high-growth start-up environment.
- Recruitment across multiple disciplines for high-volume and niche hiring.
