Responsibilities

Funnel candidates through ATS
Network with local agencies for candidate pipeline
Attract talent through creative marketing strategies
Perform in-person, video, and phone interviews
Make on-the-spot hiring decisions
Communicate with management on hiring needs
Identify relevant marketing strategies

Education

2+ years of experience in high volume recruiting
